The numeric column Properties

If a column contains numeric values, its Properties window looks like this:

• Use the Show Absolute buttons to set whether the values for frames are shown for Keys & Inbetweens or for Keys Only.

• Use the Show Increment buttons to show how increments between frames are shown:

• Click on No to not show increments

• Click on From Previous Key to show - for each frame - the increment from the previous keyframe

• Click on From Previous Frame to show - for each frame - the increment from the previous one.

• Use the Unit Type pop-up menu to set the units used for the column.

You can only choose units that are appropriate for the column; other units are grayed out. For example, in a column setting an angle of rotation, you can only choose between Degrees and Radians.

• Use the Display Type pop-up menu to choose what is displayed in the column. You can choose between Values & Keys, Values Only, Keys Only, or Key Values Only.

You will also see the value Mixed; Director uses this if you have multiple columns selected, and they use a mix of display types.

• Use the Decimal Places field to type the number of decimal places you want displayed in the column.

• Use the Parameter Graph button to view or set the column's values in a graph. See The Parameter Graph.
